Sheila Saiidnia is the founder and CEO of A & S Engineers. She has over 25 years of experience and continues to apply innovative master planning and design solutions to new and renovation projects. She is highly knowledgeable in HVAC specialty applications, such as central plant cooling and heating, active smoke control systems, custom air handling systems as well as hydronic heating/ cooling system designs in addition to plumbing systems.
Sheila is a Registered Engineer in the State of California and the State of Washington.

Allen Arbabaraghi has over 25 years of experience in the engineering and building construction industry. He is an expert in design, commissioning, construction administration, strategic planning, management budgeting and organizational development. He is influential in the areas of layout, mechanical HVAC, energy modeling and LEED compliance.

Robin Paul Roderick has over forty years of experience in the commissioning, design, startup and testing of commercial facilities, data centers, educational, governmental, healthcare, microchip fabrication facilities and office buildings encompassing a broad range of electrical power distribution, security, fire alarm, data and telecommunication designs.
